Indian Pass; where can you lye on the beach by day and build a bonfire at night without ever seeing another soul. The residents of Indian Pass are few and far between unless you consider alligators, loggerhead turtles, and birds to be your neighbors.

Indian Pass was settled in early 1900 with the addition of its first and only restaurant the "Raw Bar" in 1903. Much like it was in the early 1900’s; Indian Pass could still almost be considered primitive compared to the surrounding communities. Indian Pass provides the perfect setting for nature lovers to partake in bird watching, kayaking, or maybe a bike ride.

If you want to leave the uniquely quiet life behind for a day or maybe just an evening, Indian Pass is just three short miles from Cape San Blas where you will be sure to find plenty of restaurants and parks. A short drive to the west you can visit Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach where you may actually see a neighbor. With the many specialty shops and restaurants you are sure to run into an old acquaintance. To the east is the quaint town of Apalachicola. On any given day you will find tourist and residents alike, relaxing on the porch of one of Apalachicola’s many inns with a glass of ice cold sweet tea in hand.
